Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The Helicopter Hog Hunt Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Webb Aviation, located at 15552 ST. Hwy 51A, Watonga, OK 73772 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry
Are legally eligible to possess and use firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws
Agree to comply with all hunting regulations and aviation safety requirements

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM Central Time and ends on July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Purchasing merchandise provides entries as a promotional bonus. Free entry methods are equally valid and receive the same odds per entry.

5. How to Enter

A. Merchandise Entry Method

Participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible merchandise from:
www.WebbAviationOK.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries awarded will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following information on a 3” x 5” postcard:

Each valid postcard will receive one (1) entry.

Mail-in entries must be:

Postmarked on or before June 25, 2026
Received by July 2, 2026

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.

6. Entry Multipliers and Promotions

Sponsor may offer promotional entry multipliers (such as double, triple, or bonus entry periods).

Any promotional multiplier will apply equally to both purchase entries and AMOE entries received during the promotional period.

7. Entry Limits and Fraud Protection

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Disqualify automated or bulk entries
Void entries generated by bots, scripts, or artificial means
Reject incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries

Sponsor may limit or void entries to protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Helicopter Hog Hunt Experience for the winner and one (1) guest

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,200

Prize includes:

Guided helicopter hog hunting experience for the winner and one (1) guest
Professional pilot / hunting guide
Guns & Ammunition

Prize does not include:

Travel to or from hunt location
Lodging or meals
Hunting licenses or permits
Personal gear

The number of hogs harvested is not guaranteed.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Guest Requirements

The selected winner’s guest must:

Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Be legally eligible to possess and use firearms
Sign all required liability waivers and releases
Comply with all hunting and aviation safety requirements

If the guest does not meet these requirements, the winner may be required to select an alternate guest approved by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest who fails to meet eligibility or safety requirements.

10. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 4, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email or phone within two (2) business days of the drawing.

If the selected winner:

Cannot be contacted
Fails to respond within 72 hours
Is deemed ineligible

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

12. Prize Conditions

Winner and guest may be required to:

Sign liability waivers
Sign publicity releases where permitted by law

Both must comply with all hunting regulations and aviation safety requirements.

The hunt must be scheduled within twelve (12) months of the drawing date unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor.

13. Safety Authority

The pilot, hunting guide, and operator retain full authority to terminate, reschedule, or modify the hunt at any time for safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Mechanical concerns
Unsafe participant behavior
Regulatory requirements

All safety decisions are final.

14. Weather and Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events outside its control, including:

Weather
Mechanical failure
Aviation restrictions
Government actions
Natural disasters

Sponsor may reschedule the experience within a reasonable timeframe.

15. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

16. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from:

Participation in the Sweepstakes
Acceptance or use of the prize
Participation in hunting or aviation activities

Participants acknowledge that hunting and aviation involve inherent risks.

17. Publicity Rights

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

18. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

19. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually without class action and exclusively in courts located within the State of Oklahoma.

20. Winner List

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes ends.
